When working with a field that has a
Lookup button (represented by the magnifying glass)
associated with it, you either use the Lookup button to search for a valid value
or type a value directly into the field. When you type a value in the field and
press the Tab key, the field description will automatically
populate.
Enter the desired
information into the State field. Enter "CA".
